Newsonic Technologies (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. began taking shape in March 2020 and was officially established a year later in March 2021. We now hold both "Little Giant" and High‑Tech Enterprise designations recognized by the Chinese government.  The company operates R&D centers in Beijing and Shanghai, sales and support offices in Shenzhen and Xi'an, and a branch in Suzhou. Our business is built around the design and delivery of high-performance filter solutions—spanning BAW, SAW, TC-SAW, TF-SAW, and IPD technologies. From filters, duplexers, multiplexers to front-end modules, our product portfolio covers the entire frequency range below 6 GHz.

Behind our products is a founding team of seasoned overseas‑returnee experts, each with a strong track record at leading global semiconductor companies. Collectively, they bring deep theoretical expertise in filters and RF engineering, extensive experience in mass production, and proven management capabilities. Since its inception, we have made intellectual property a strategic cornerstone of our business. We built our own proprietary filter design software platform, which gives us full control over the design and ownership of every product we bring to market. To date, we have filed over 500 IP applications and been granted more than 230 invention patents—ensuring that our entire product portfolio is backed by solid proprietary rights and remains free from any patent conflict risks.

This momentum is fueled by a highly skilled R&D team and a lean, efficient management approach—enabling us to bring new products to market well ahead of the industry average. Today, over 100 products are already in high‑volume production, with performance that consistently matches or exceeds that of competing solutions. Several of these products have undergone large‑scale customer qualification, and their long‑term stability and reliability have been widely validated in real‑world applications.

On the operational front, we have rolled out a full‑scale ERP system across the organization and are certified under both ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). At the end of 2023, we were recognized as a "Specialized and Sophisticated SME" in China. This milestone was soon followed by AEC‑Q200 automotive‑grade certification for our TC‑SAW and BAW filter families in October 2024. Later that same year, we earned the Silver Award at the 25th China Patent Award, making us the only filter manufacturer in China to ever receive this distinction. Then, in October 2025, we were further honored as a national‑level "Little Giant" enterprise, a prestigious designation reserved for China's most innovative and specialized SMEs.
